After 47 years and two generations, I am writing to share some news. Effective June 30, 2026, T.A. Mountford has joined Docutrend Inc., a business technology company with offices in New Jersey, New York City and Pennsylvania.

This was not an easy decision. You trusted us with your business for a long time, and I wanted to be sure I was handing you to a company that cares about service the way we always have. I met with several companies and took my time. Docutrend stood out. They share our values, and they have the people and resources to take great care of you for years to come.

Docutrend is an authorized Kyocera, Canon, HP and Brother dealer with more than 55 people supporting their customers. Along with copiers and printers, they also handle business phone systems, managed IT and security, digital displays and interactive whiteboards. That means even more support for you, all under one roof.

Here is what stays the same. Tom Cahill, the technician you already know, will remain your primary technician. Your maintenance agreements, equipment, leases and supplies will now be handled by Docutrend. In the coming weeks, one of their senior account executives will reach out to set up a short account review so the change is smooth and nothing gets missed.

One housekeeping note. Going forward, all billing will come from Docutrend. Please use the attached information to update your records for future payments.
